No puppy will be held, for any period of time, without a deposit. No exceptions.​

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy for you. Deposits, or any money paid towards the purchase price of the puppy, are non-refundable unless the puppy dies while in our care.

Prices are not negotiable. We've put so much time, money, and hard work into our program to produce healthy, quality, well-bred puppies.

All our puppies are vet checked, up to date on vaccines and dewormings, started on pee pad training, and well socialized before going to their new homes. All puppies will receive a health certificate from our vet.

Prices are subject to change as the puppy matures, unless a deposit has already been placed to reserve the puppy.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy, for any reason, if we feel its not in the best interest of the puppy.

No puppy will go home before 8-9 weeks old, no exceptions. Tiny puppies may need to stay longer.

We do NOT allow any home visits, the safety of our family, dogs, and home come first. No exceptions.

We do not allow any home visits. Available puppies are posted on the website and photos are often updated. We can also send videos and more photos, after receiving a completed puppy application, but we do not allow visits to see puppies in person. If seeing a puppy in person is important to you before choosing your baby, then we’re not the breeder for you. We cannot allow everyone who wants to see puppies to come to our home. No exceptions.

Our puppies are sold as pets to loving forever homes. Limited AKC registration will be given, unless otherwise discussed and agreed to prior to placing a deposit, after receiving proof of spay/neuter. Some puppies are sold without papers. ​

When puppies are vet checked and ready to go, they must be picked up on their go home date. If the puppy is not picked up on their go home date, the deposit and any monies paid will be forfeited.
